Microsurgery in dentistry offers improved visibility, precision, and more gentle treatment options compared to conventional surgery. This allows for smaller access to the surgical area, resulting in faster healing, less postoperative swelling, and less discomfort for patients.

Treatments are performed with 6-24x magnification aids (loupes, surgical microscope), depending on the type of procedure.

Microthreads are used to close the wound, which are difficult to see with the naked eye.
